Security
What NEXORA keeps, what it does not do, and what you can erase. In plain words.
What we do not do
No data sold. During the test, no ads and no ad tracking.
At launch, two versions: a free one with ads and a paid one without ads. Before ads arrive, the privacy policy will be updated to say exactly what changes.
NEXORA does not connect to your bank, places no orders and never touches your money. Your assets are the ones you enter.
Where your data is
Your assets, your notes and your AI conversations are on your device and in a private space in your account that nobody else can read. The database is hosted in Europe.
Exchanges are encrypted with HTTPS. Your password is handled by Firebase Authentication: the publisher cannot read it.
What the AI sees
Nothing without your consent. If you allow it, your question goes out with the useful context: your assets, your notes and news headlines. You can withdraw consent in Settings.
With @ia in a conversation or a room, the reply is visible to others: only your question and news headlines are sent, never your assets or your notes.
The chat
Private and group messages can be read by the members of the conversation, rooms by all signed-in users. Messages are not end-to-end encrypted: do not write anything there that must stay secret.
You can report a message and block a person. Reported messages are sent to moderators with their author and the reason.
Erase everything
You delete your account from the app. Your account, your profile, your backup, your tester registration and your devices’ notification registration are erased. Messages already sent stay visible to their recipients.
